The San Marco campsite is situated directly on the sea, in a quiet position and only a few steps away from the tourist harbour.
It’s only 2 km. far from Lido di Jesolo and in less than one hour you can reach Venice.
The fine and golden sandy beach, which goes down softly towards the sea, and the charming lighthouse frame this delightful spot.
Its size and the pleasant and friendly atmosphere make it particularly suitable for the stay of families because you can feel at home and also the children find always the way!
The San Marco campsite is situated at the very beginning of the Cavallino coast (in the district of Cavallino-Treporti), directly on the Adriatic Sea and immersed in a quiet atmosphere.
It’s a man-scale oasis of peace, which offers however the possibility to reach as well in a very short time (only 5 minutes) Lido di Jesolo, full of life with its 12-kilometer-pedestrian precinct: shops, bars, ice-cream shops, restaurants, pizzerias, disco and amusement arcades turn this street in the evening into a real centre of attraction with amusements for old and young.
The enormous water park “Aqualandia”, the big fair ground “Jesolandia”, the well-known Go-Kart track and an amazing Golf Club represent only some of the several entertainments offered by Jesolo.
Who wish to give to his holiday a note of culture, there is a real art treasure waiting for him in Venice.
In less than one hour you will reach the precious “pearl” in the enchanting lagoon of Venice. At about 300 m. from the campsite you will find the bus stop: in a very short time you will reach Punta Sabbioni, where it is situated the landing place of the motorboat to Venice. Its route ends in fact in Venice only a few steps away from St. Mark’s square, in the heart of the historic centre. This is a regular and well-run public transport (bus + motorboat), which links the all day long (every half an hour) our campsite to Venice, giving in this way the chance also to the more demanding customer to arrange on his own his “personalized excursion” to Venice.
The same service is assured for the other islands of the lagoon, too: Burano, renowned all over the world for its laces, Murano, the city of glass par excellence, and Torcello, rich of vestiges of an ancient civilisation.
Who wants to take advantage of this stay in the Veneto, there are many other destinations reachable in a short time from our campsite: the Riviera of Brenta with its magnificent villas, Padua, Treviso, Vicenza, Verona and the Dolomites.
The San Marco campsite has well-defined and grass pitches, all provided with EEC power socket, water intake and drainage; besides, in the given prices it is also included a car park or the parking for two motorcycles as an alternative, always inside the borders of the pitch.
Our pitches are subdivided in two types, called “A” and “B”: apart from the position, pointed out from the map, they differ also for the supplied electric power.
TYPE A: these are the pitches situated directly on the sea and with a surface of about 75 m², all equipped with electricity 220V – 6A (about 1300W), water intake and drainage.
TYPE B: these are instead the pitches in the opposite area of the campsite, all the same well-placed and not far from the beach, mostly in shade. They have got a surface of about 60 m² and are all provided with water intake and drainage as well as electricity 220V – 4A (about 880W).
Running drinking water is supplied through fountains well-distributed throughout the campsite.
Efficient hygienic installations (w.c. and showers) with running hot water from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. are at our guests’ disposal.
For those who wish to spend a holiday strictly in contact with the nature, without giving up home conveniences, San Marco offers comfortable and fully supplied maxi-caravans and small villas.
Moreover the guests find inside our campsite bar – restaurant – pizzeria and supermarket; close at hand there is also a newspaper kiosk, a bazaar, a tobacconist’s and a butcher’s.
Other useful facilities for our guests are laundromat and ironing-room.
The children, and not only, can enjoy themselves in our playground, provided also with table tennis area.
For those who wish to leave the car inside the campsite, it is possible to hire bikes at the reception. Another useful facility is the fridge box (against payment) as well as the safe-deposit (free of charge).
Our accommodation consists of apartments, which can be occupied up to a maximum of 6/7 people, and maxi-caravans with 6 beds.
Both types are situated inside our campsite and only a few steps away from the seaside, which can be reached directly from the main path.
Every lodging is fully supplied with bed-linen (weekly changed), blankets, pillows and pottery, which are available for the maximum number of persons admitted in the housing.
As this accommodation is almost new, it is provided with modern comfort like air-conditioning and TV with satellite broadcasting: all this completely free!
Besides all lodgings are equipped with hot and cold water, electricity and gas and their consumption is already included in the tariffs indicated in our price list.
On advanced request, we can put at disposal of our guests a cot for babies without extra charge.
Concerning the final cleaning, we charge its costs only if the accommodation is not given back tidy at the end of the holiday. Moreover for the same reason we hold the guest responsible for any possible damage and he is due to inform us about it.
In the “D” period the minimum stay is one week.
Arrivals and departures must take place as follows:
- arrivals from 5.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
- departures from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
Animals (without exception) are not admitted inside our accommodation.
APARTMENTS max. 6/7 persons
Our apartments are actually comfortable small villas consisting of two floors for a total surface of about 75 m².
Every lodging is made up of two bedrooms (one with double bed plus bunk-bed and the second one with two single beds or one single bed plus a bunk-bed in the apartments which can accommodate 7 persons), two bathrooms (both with shower-cubicle, bidet, w.c., hair-dryer, washbasin), two terraces (one is bigger on the 2nd floor and it is furnished with table and chairs), living-room with kitchenette (fully equipped with four-burner cooker, fridge and sink), a covered car park on the back of the house with immediate access. An additional car park is included in the price too.
Apart from the standard equipment (bed-linen, pottery, air conditioning, TV with satellite broadcasting, electricity, gas, hot and cold water), in every lodging there is also at disposal telephone, safe, beach umbrella and two deckchairs, which can be used of course also on the beach.
MAXI-CARAVANS max. 4 (+2) persons
Our maxi-caravans are pretty lodgings made up of one double bedroom, bathroom (with shower-cubicle, w.c. and washbasin), fully equipped kitchenette (with gas-range, sink and fridge). In front of it there is a bench and a table, both convertible in another double bed. Besides there is the living-room (furnished with two divan-beds), which can be divided from the kitchen-zone thanks to a sliding-door.
Every maxi-caravan has got a covered terrace (with side-closures) and it is equipped with table and chairs. A car park is included in the price and it is situated near the lodging. However the daily tariffs include a second car park too in a special area always inside the campsite.
All our maxi-caravans have a total inner surface of 24 m² and they are provided with the above mentioned equipment (bed-linen, pottery, air-conditioning, TV with satellite broadcasting, electricity, gas, hot and cold water).
