Thyencamp

Our quiet and comfortable carbonneutral small campsite is in the village of Hooghalen, in the heart of the province Drenthe and has 30 pitches with a lot of room,  of which 12 are provided with water and electricity (6A)  and 10 have a connection on the sewerage. Next to that there is a field for small tents.In the farm near the camping are comfortable and clean sanitary supplies and a recreationroom annex artgallery.

On the terrace you can enjoy a delicious cup of Fair Trade /Eko coffee or tea or a good glass of Gulpener beer (Limburgs Land). Or an ecological icecream?
We are environmental certified with the golden Greenkey and ECEAT and we are partner of SRE (Society Responsable Enterprises).
Bad weather? No problem. Hooghalen and Drenthe are build on sand and the campsite is provided with drainage, so no mud problems. The (non-smoking)  recreationroom annex art-gallery has a TV , Internet-Pc's , WAP and in abundance "reading stuff"" .
Our camping is open from April 24th up to October 31st  2008.
By mooring hundreds of trees and plants and more than 80 old types  fruittrees  there is wind and sunshield while the open character of this region has remained.
You can also rent a tent and from June 2008 a sustainable caravan with us.
