The farm at the site is on historic ground. Already in the mid-16th century there was the Ohio State Tania associated with a farm. In the place of this old farmhouse was in the year 1839 a new head and neck, torso-built farmhouse.

Today the farm is located about 100 meters north of the city of Leeuwarden. Around 1990, north of Leeuwarden a forest of about 100 Ha with gorgeous water. The site is thus on the edge of Leeuwarden, in a forest and into the water. The site has fifteen pitches, a tractor space and 2 apartments.

The next season, it is possible to painting and drawing to follow courses on site. The painting and drawing course is open to both beginners and advanced. It takes place in the painter's studio on site and when the weather outside can be painted.

There is also the possibility of regular monitoring of painting and drawing workshops.
